Therapeutic Breathing & Movement

Mondays at 6:30 pm 
$2 per class

 Learn the many benefits* of therapeutic breathing and movement in this hour-long class held each Monday evening for six weeks, taught by experienced Tai Chi/Qi Gong breathing instructor, Dar Pettinga.

Participants can register online for this seven-week class or call the library at 616-669-1255.  Drop-ins are also welcome.   Wear loose clothing, comfortable shoes, and bring a water bottle.  Participants will be asked to sign a liability waiver at their first class – available at the library or online at:  

*Benefits: can improve symptoms of fatigue, sleep quality, and overall quality of life.  Can relieve anxiety, stress, and depressive symptoms.
